About Nicole
Nicole Sales Giles is the VP and director of digital art at Christie’s auction house. She oversees the global programming, strategy, and business development for technology-based contemporary art, including NFTs, AI art, and all digital art forms. She joined Christie’s in 2012, holding various positions within the 20th and 21st Century Art department.
In 2021, she was the business lead for the historic sale of Beeple’s Everydays: The First 5000 Days, the first purely digital artwork to be sold at a major auction house. In 2022, she spearheaded the launch of Christie’s 3.0, the first on-chain art platform for an auction house.
Recently, Nicole organized Christie's Augmented Intelligence auction of AI artworks.
